Fresh graduates dilemma

Tomorrow is the first day of June! :)
A new journey will begin cause i'll start working tomorrow~
I hope i can handle the job as the company i work for is quite big, i can see lots of tables and people, lots of rooms means lots of boss la. I hope i can handle the stress there.
Nope, I don't feel like writing everything in detail where i work but it's a Chartered Accountant Firm. That's all i can tell :D
I wonder how my new colleagues and bosses would be?
Hopefully everything goes well.
Ever since the interview, i keep thinking about my salary.
Then just now i google about salary for fresh grad in Malaysia and came across to this blog. Go check her out! :D
Everything she says about this post is so true.
I wonder why some of my seniors haven't get any job yet ( they graduated last year).
Are they too picky or what? That could be one of the main reason la but then, the truth is the salary scale for a degree holder ( fresh graduates) in Malaysia is way too low.
Most of them are underpaid especially here in my hometown. That explains why lots of my high school friends went to Peninsular and oversea to work. I think the only job that you wont be underpaid is becoming a MO (Medical Officer) and anything that related to that. The job is always available. The rest of us like engineers, designer, Chef, Business students etc will ended up doing something else or still unemployed if they're too picky.
In the past few weeks, i never miss to look for a job opening at Jobstreet, Mudah and some other official websites. Most private companies in KK only offer salary range from RM600 - RM900.
Remember in my previous post i said i received a phone call from this bos to offer me a job?
Well, he offered me RM750..like ONLY. How to survive with RM750 per month o?
Unless i don't drive, don't eat la. That is so underpaid la for a fresh graduates. Don't you think so?
 I can accept 1K plus ( depends on what job la haha) but definitely not RM750.
Fresh graduates nowadays are so "kasian".
Most of them are underpaid like RM900 is the highest paid they can get.
You study hard and get CGPA 3.0 and above also no use cause some bos just don't want that, they want experience. The first time i apply for job online, i expect RM2500 per month ( of cause i tengok which companies also la)
But then, after talking to some of my friends and seniors, i think maybe i should lower my expectation a little bit.  I get the salary i want but still, if i know, i'll demand higher paid.
I never said i wanted to work there forever right? I just want to gain new experience and $$$ cause i can't stand the feeling of BROKE. I need to get a job before my convocation and start pay off my PTPTN loan asap otherwise they blacklist me for no reason at all.
I kinda sad why none of the banks give me a call for an interview?
Am i that bad? 
Few people i knew only get below CGPA 3.0 and they're accepted. Why?
I try not to think negative, maybe it's just their luck.
I kinda jealous with their salary too but think of this way laa, living cost in KL is 2x higher in KK, so with 2K salary, im not so sure how they survive if they're big spender.
My mummy was very happy when i get the job, she said just be grateful la and just work first while waiting for a better offer. If you plan to work in government sector , you should wait at least 1 year unless you know "some people" so you can get shortcut. True or not? I'm sure you all know la.
Oh well, it's pretty late right now. I should go to bed cause i have to wake up early tomorrow.
and by the way, I know its quite late but Happy Harvest Festival or Kotobian Tadau Tagazo Do Kaamatan to all Sabahan! :) I'm a mixed blood but i don't have the spirit to celebrate any kaamatan festival.haha

and yeah, i accept the job :D
I was really nervous before i went for the interview just now but then i try my best not to think too much and just try to "sell" myself to the interviewer to get the job.
Thanks to Esther and Corina cause they make me feel better after talking to them and being supportive as well! :)
I have to start working this friday, too soon? I know.
But its better than i sit at home and sleep.
Now i'm worried where to park my car, i have to spend about rm100 every month for parking if i park inside. haihh. will try to figure a way later.
Anyway, i'm really happy i get the job and  i hope i won't do anything wrong :)

Nervous

Guys, i feel so NERVOUS right now!
I don't know why do i feel so scared suddenly.
I have a job interview later at 430PM at Wisma Damai Point.
I don't know what else should i prepare and i don't what to wear later. Well obviously I know i have to wear formal attire but i just can't make up my mind which attire should i wear later.
I prepare everything like all my academic result and other qualifications but i'm not so sure if i left out something.hmm.
I hope my interview goes well cause i kinda need a job right now for temporary and to gain new experience in different company.
I really hate this feeling and i hate when my heart pumps very fast..:(
but one good news, a friend of mine is working there also so if i do get the job there, i wont be so sad and "forever alone"? :D
Oh well, wish me luck? :D

No offense but i don't think the lyric is appropriate at all.

Summer colour Trends!

Summer is just around the corner! Another one month to go if i am not mistaken.
Okaay, i know we don't have summer here in Malaysia :)
But the reason why i am excited about summer is SHOPPING!

I think spring and summer colour trend are almost the same..
Both season focus on bright & rainbow colours.
I love mint colour so badly, but i can't find any clothes or pants i like here in KK :(
Yellow is also a must have colour by the way, i saw lots of model/celebrities use that colours.
Gonna get myself a pair of striking colour of pants later.
So better get yourself some daring and striking neon colours to welcome your own summer! :D

But incase you don't know, M.Y.O.B stands for Mind Your Own Business.
So actually this is a delay post, i wanted to write this long time ago but don't feel like it.
Too bad, today I'm not in a very good mood, so i just wanna spill out something here.
Honestly, one question to everyone who reads this, why do you blog?
Everyone has different interests and i'm pretty sure they have reasons by doing so.
Some people blog because maybe they love to write like a journalist, maybe to share beautiful things with others people, to make new friends,  just for fun and so on.
As for me,  i don't really know what is the reason why i blog. But I think i blog for fun actually.
I started my first blog on Xanga back in high schools years i think but i get bored so deleted the account. Then I moved to Friendster blog, but it didn't last long also cause i just don't really blog. Until 2007 i think, i started a new blog again but on blogspot:)
I started to blog about my personal life mostly, i know i curse a lot in my previous personal blog and created some dramas among my friends. haha but you wont able to find it cause i have deleted my old blog. Still i don't have much interest to blog anyway..but not until February 2011 :)
My new blog was born on the 15th February 2011 and her name is KK Foodlicious before i changed it to Hhester Factor.
Yes, previously it was a foodie blog, just incase you don't know.
I started to blog about food reviews in KK and it was just for fun since i love to show off what i eat. What is wrong with that? Tell me about it now.
But some people are soooo, err i don't know jealous perhaps? Jealous that my blog views is higher than hers?
To whom it may concern, yes i know some images in my blog are blurry, and SO? what's your problem? It's my blog not yours, if you want a clearer images then go to other blogs la, idiot.
If i were a visitor to someone's blog on food review, the main thing i want to know is THEIR PRICE,WHAT'S SPECIAL & LOCATION, that's all. Of cause i need to look at their pictures so i can judge whether the food is nice or not but then again, it's only pictures!
How can you judge a food based on pictures??
Have you ever heard of this proverbs " Don't judge a book by it's cover"?
Seriously, MYOB laa. If you want a perfect pictures then why don't you go there yourself and snap all those "PERFECT" pictures yourself? Napa? Teda duit ka mo p tu tempat?
Frankly, I'm not into DSLR or whatever shooting camera that people are using right now.
I don't give a fuck what your camera can do and bla bla bla.  I would rather spend all my money on buying expensive clothes, shoes, bags and whatever i like.
I usually took those pictures using my Nikon Coolpix or my phones. Like it or not i don't care, i blog what i want and if you don't like to see the blurry pictures feel free to click the exit button.
And and and i'm not a attention whore like you. I never promote my blog okay. For example, ask them to click this click that, win this win that la and bla bla bla.
I don't even tell my friends i have a blog unless my best friends of cause.
Most of them found my blog accidentally when they google something like Logos hope, Avengers, food review etc. Plus i don't really do follow back unless your blog is interesting. So yeah, that should explain why i don't much followers. But AGAIN, I never ask you to follow my blog, if you want then follow, if you don't like then unfollow as simple as that, thank you.
So yeah, i'm done for today.

Vampires or Werewolf?

Have you watch The Vampire Diaries before aka TVD for short :)?
Yeaap, i can't deny the fact that unemployment gives me lots of time to watch series and movies at home. #wtf
I just started to watch TVD last friday and guess what? I'm in LOVE the series!and the actor, to be exact :D
I know i know, i'm too outdated cause the Finale for TVD  season three just came out last week.
I missed 3 seasons??
I just finished watching season two just now and later i'll continue watching season 3!
I don't really like to watch english series/drama anyway except for New Girl and How I met Your Mother. I just watched HIMYM S07E23.24. It was awesome! :)
Well back to the story, guess what makes me watch this series until i can't stop watching it?
It's Damon Salvatore aka Ian Somerhalder!! Gosh, one word HOT! i repeat, Ian Somerhalder is fucking hot!

Anyway, I start to download this series few months ago but never try to watch it cause it's a 40 minutes/episode and i thought it was lame and full with disgusting unrealistic love story like Twilight. But i'm wrong. Totally wrong. Twilight is for teenagers and Vampire diaries is for adults :)
I like the storyline cause it's unpredictable and the actors are good looking too :)
Besides Damon, i also like the werewolf, Tyler Lockwood aka Micheal Trevino, another hottie in the series!

The love of my life, mummy.

This post is dedicated to my mum. 

Well even though she don't check out my blog, i just want to expressed my gratitude to her. 

But thank god she didn't check what i do online :D haha

So Today 130512 is Mothers' Day. 

First of all, i wanted to say thank you to my mum cause she brought me to this world..

She work hard to give us a good life. 

She buys what i want even though i have to work hard to get what i want.

She taught us many important things in life, such as there's no free meal in this world, you have to work hard to get what you want. For example, you want money, better get A's in your exams. Asian parents are strict, most of them. 

My family is different, my parents don't spoil us like kids nowadays..want Iphone gets Iphone, want Ipad gets Ipad..if your parents are rich then okaylah. 

But please don't force them to buy you stuffs if they can't afford it. It's not good okay.

She taught us how to become a better person, DON'T DEPEND TOO MUCH ON ANYONE ESPECIALLY YOUR FUTURE PARTNER cause you'll never know what happen. Girls please, get education so you no need to depend too much on one person.

So that's why my parents want us to STUDY HARD. Yeah, that's right, unlike other kids, during my high school years, i have to stay at home most of the time. ( not really but still have to stay at home). Back then, I kinda hate her for that.

She stress us too much on studies, but its for my own good. No boyfriend allowed but i did. 

But mum was right, having someone extra in your life during high school can actually disturb your concentration on studies especially if you falsely date someone who is dramatic. uhh. 

Therefore, i get less A's during SPM.

I remember during secondary schools, my mum is always not happy with my results cause i don't get straight A's like my other sisters did. Since one of my sisters is a Doctor, they expect me to become a doctor, engineer or something like that. Most Asian parents expect too much from their kids. haha I think i kinda disappoint my parents cause i didn't manage to get a professional career. After Form 6, i didn't pursue to take science subject anymore cause if i wanted to stay in KK, not much courses available here. So that's why i chose to pursue Art Stream for my degree. But i do well in Finance:) With the basic knowledge from science stream, it actually easier for a ex science stream student to study art stream.

So here i am, finally finished my degree. I actually finished earlier than my schedule. 

Now i'm officially looking for a job since last week. But don't worry mummy, i'll repay everything one day :) Now mummy is even busy-er with her 3 grandkids. I wish my mum will help me to take care of my future kids too.

So here's my short update on how my boyfriend celebrate my birthday with me :)
I usually celebrate my birthday with my boyfriend, friends and family separately.
So yeah, you might see several posts about my birthday if i rajin to blog.
Few days ago, my boyfriend asked me what do i want to eat on my birthday. So i told him that i feel like eating Italian food.
We planned to have Italian food at first but then, yesterday i suddenly crave for Japanese food.
So my final decision : Japanese food at Sushi Tei!

So yeah, well it's just a simple dinner and night out with my boyfriend but i had a great time.

Plus I didn't snap much pictures of us yesterday cause we were busy eating :D

I really hope i get a job asap so that i can do something for my parents too. 

Movie Review : Dark Shadows

I watched Dark Shadows last night with my boyfriend and it was fucking awesome!!
The movie release in Malaysia since 9th of May i think cause i check out GSC's schedule, but here in KK, usually all new movies will be released on thursday.
FYI, Dark Shadows is another movie directed by TIM BURTON.
I always love watching Tim Burton's movies since i was a kid, well not all of his movies but i love Edward Scissorhands, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Sleepy Hollow, Charlie and The Chocolate Factory, Corpse's Bride, Alice in the Winderland and this, Dark Shadows!
love the creepiness but still funny and the storyline is unpredictable:D

The movie staring Johnny Depp, Michelle Pfeiffer, Eva Green, Chloe Moretz, Helena B. Carter (not in pic)and Bella Heathcote. Guess who i like in this movie? A hint, she played as Hit Girl in Kick Ass. :D

Yes, it's her : All grown up : Chloe Grace Moretz.
I love her role in Dark Shadows, Carolyn Collins *spoiler alert*
Most unpredictable character in Dark Shadows.
She's bitchy and rebellious 15 years old teenager and and she's actually a werewolf , you only know that like 15 - 20 minutes before the movie ends.I think that's enough. You might want to figure out yourself.
What i like about this story is, hmm i think its the movie setting and soundtrack attracts me to watch this at first.
Dark Shadows movie sets in 70's which is awesome! I don't know about you, but i kinda like something old but fashionable, classy and fun.
When i first saw the trailer and saw a vampire flying here and there...I was like, hey this movie is definitely better than Twilight! Haha but no offense Twilight fans. Plus i love story any movie with unbreakable curse, jealous witch, ghost etc. haha am i weird?
So yeah, this movie is so so much better than twillight. It's a good thing that the film use the setting in 70's instead of using present times like Twilight or other vampires stories.
Besides that, i think Barnabas Collins (Johnny Depp) look so much better in short hair compared to his long and wavy hair. uhh turn off.
So yeah, i love love love this story. will watch again soon :) My rating for this movie is 9 over 10 because of the film setting, storyline and the awesome oldies used in this movie.

090512: Party Play Cafe @ Lintas

Hello dolls!
Sooooo...today is my big day because today is my Birthday! hehe
I slept late this morning..i think its around 4am? i don't why i can sleep at all.
Maybe it's because of the food i ate last night. hmmm
I woke up around 6am plus cause my baby text me but then i fell asleep again before i able to reply my friends' text. I woke up several times cause lots of incoming messages just now :D

So yesterday i went out with my girlfriends, Esther and Elvera for my 23rd Birthday Celebration. The rest can't make it as some of them have to sit for final year exam next week and some of them are not in KK. But it's okay, it's only my birthday and as long as they remember my birthday without the help of FB to remind them of my birthday :D

The lasagna is quite oily but i think it's because of the cheese. It is oily and fattening, but it was delish! :D

I'm having this for dinner last night. I have no idea what to eat actually so i give this a try. Plus i'm on diet right now so i try to avoid anything with too much cheese and heavy cause otherwise, my workout and diet effort will be useless.

It actually tastes pretty good compared to the Teriyaki Chicken. :D

It's midnight and i'm still awake right now. I usually sleep after midnight, i don't know why but it's kinda a habit unless i'm tired. So that explains my pale face with panda eyes without makeup. hmm.

Is it bad for a girl's health if you sleep late?
So recently, i kinda upset with my skin condition.
I'm so jealous looking at those pretty girls with flawless skin. They don't have pimples at all! :( How to get a fair, soft and glowing skin?? seriously, is that possible?
Do i really have to cut out all the oily food from now on?

So i google and read some beauty article and tips on how to take care of your skin.
I think i wear too much makeups. I notice that i don't really have much skin care products except for cleanser, toner, eye gel and face lotion. I do wear mask but not really cause i'm lazy.
Wearing too much makeups can damage your skins cell, yes i know that..
so from now on, i will wear less-er makeup and buy more skin care products.
I went to Watsons with my boyfriend just now, I bought one whitening & moisturizing Loreal Toner. Anyone use that before? I never use this one before so i give it a try. any good recommendation?:)

So readers, what is you secret to take care of your skins? mind to share some tips?

I actually went out with my boyfriend for my dress hunting since yesterday.
Thank god my boyfriend won't complain too much when i bring him along to shop with me.
I finally found one dress for me to wear on my birthday too! thanks baby~
Then baby asked me what do i want for my birthday, anything specific or not cause he plan to get me a new ring.* YaY*
So we went to Lazo Diamond just now, OMG I REALLY LOVE THE RINGS THERE, it's so effing shiny.
And of cause the price is also very "liang" too, from 1K onwards for the nice and shiny diamond. Anything below RM500 there is like no jewel at all.. I saw one pretty ring there and it cost 2K plus, i know. I actually don't want my boyfriend to spend too much for my birthday cause we already spent a lot for the trip. So we checkout their diamond necklace/bracelet, and most of the price is from 20K onwards. What do you think?
So baby said he's gonna checkout other shops first later. hehe i feel so bad, i just don't want him to spend that much for my birthday. So i told him to find not so expensive one if he really want to get me a new ring..i know he can afford to buy me the ring i want but naah, wait til that special event laa :D

and and and, guess what! I bumped into my old F6 classmates just now, i was little shocked when i saw him.
I heard someone " pssst" at me, i thought it was some stupid pilak standing next to me so i look at him, and saw Farha! haha we said hi and then he said " ui makin gumuk sudah kau"...
i was like.."kima,shit" then he smiled. I wasn't really upset about that because i know i've gained weight already. I tried so hard to lose it by dieting but it doesn't work cause i ended up started to crave for more food. So now, i start to do situps every morning, then eat some heavy breakfast as i wont eat too much during lunch and dinner. I even cut out my sugar and salt intake.
i really hope i won't stay fat for too long cause i want to be thinner and healthier!
FYI, i am healthy, but who knows what happens if i don't keep an eye on my weight from now on.:D

Super bored.

Honestly, I've nothing to write today but i seriously have nothing else to do..
I kinda hate sitting at home everyday watch tv, going online & sleep. It sucks, seriously.
I know i can go out with my friends to reduce my bored-ness, but going out equals to more $$$ ( unless you have a thick face and wait for your friends to treat you every time you go out).
Therefore i need more money. I can't live without money. =(
I did apply few jobs last week, i just started to look for a job last week actually.
I really hope i'll receive some good news soon! I really hate this unemployed feeling so much.
Oh by the way, have you heard about Dark Shadows movie before?

I watched the trailer on cinema and it look fun! I just checked the on GSC/Growball website, and the movie is released on 10th of may, double yay cause its on my birthday!! haha
I think i'm gonna watch Dark Shadows first instead of Ghost Buddies ( Singapore movie).
I've been waiting for the movie like since march until now...
Both are comedy horror movies but i think Dark Shadows are way better :D
I was thinking to change my blog layout cause it seems boring and messy..should i remove the pages?Any suggestion?

I went out with my boyfriend to pick up his little brother at Sacred Heart Elementary School cause his mum asked him to do so, then we sent him off to Taman Rimba Library cause later his mum gonna pick him there. and then, his little brother hungry so we drop by at Wisma Pertanian Canteen to get him some food to eat. I wonder why those people ( uncle aunty) in the canteen stare at me like i'm some kind of disgusting animal?
But I just ignored it cause i know they never see a girl in short pants, hari-hari berdepan sama "kain lapik" and they're old, what do you expect.
Then after his little brother finished his lunch, we walk back to the car.
So on the way back to the car, got this group of OLD UGLY MAK CIK dari WISMA PERTANIAN SABAH keep staring at us.
Dude, i know its normal to give a glance at people but not to stare at people for too long especially if you stare at the same gender for too long.# bitchalert
I tried to ignored it but then there's a lady walk in front of us, i think she thought the bunch of stupid mak cik looking at her at first, so she turned around and saw us. So that's how it became more obvious to me.
FYI, actually only one mak cik that keep looking at me and then she keep staring and talk something to her UGLY STUPID OLD friends until her stupid friends also look at me and laughed. #oldbitchcomplainstoanotheroldbitches

Ching Tung II Restaurant @ Putatan

Yesterday after helping baby to move to a new home, we went out to eat dinner and buy some groceries from Servay supermarket at Putatan :)
We drove around looking for some chinese shop at Putatan but it was so hard to find one.
However, we finally found one chinese shop called Ching Tung II restaurant. It is located opposite Seng Heng electrical shop ( across the road) by the way. and it is located near some fabric shop, Yun Fah? not so sure about it, i will reupdate this post later.
At first baby asked me if i want to eat Ikan Panggang ( Grilled fish wrapped with banana leaf). I said sure. So we ordered  Bitter gourd with black beans and slice pork and Babi Hutan aka San Zhu ( Wild boar). and Ikan Panggang (it costs RM3.50 per 100gram)
 I love their services! very fast and the food quality is not that bad.
Total paid for dinner is RM40.90 for two pax.

 Total paid for 4 chinese tea and the two dishes here is RM19.90 only. Cheap right?

 Bitter gourd with black beans is the best! :)

 San Zhu! haha the pork meat is not that bad, but its too fat for me.

 Main dish : Ikan Bakar/ Panggang from Alan's Ikan Panggang Stall. RM3.50 per 100gram.
This is 600 gram++  so it cost us RM21.
But it was delish! i love the sambal sauce spread on top of the grilled fish.
But i prefer ikan Pari (stingray) better.

 Total paid for dinner is RM40.90! Im totally satisfied with the food :)

Will try their Ba Kut Teh and other famous dish there next time.
