Hey guys!
Today i am going to teach you how to make your own Mango Salad at home!
Now, you don't have to go to Thai Restaurant to eat Mango Salad.
Mango salad is one of my favourite and it is very easy to prepare, trust me.
It's suitable for everyone because it's very healthy meal and low in calories! :)
You can enjoy it as a complete meal by adding cooked shrimp, fried anchovies or chicken.
This salad will blow you away with it's tastebud-awakening flavors and mix of textures.

All you need is Unripe Mangoes, Shallot/Spring Onions, Salt, Sugar, and Vinegar/Lime juice.
Optional : Cooked shrimp/ Chicken, fried anchovies, Peanuts, Soy/Thai Sauce,Bean sprouts or Red Chili ( for dressing)


1. Using a sharp knife, peel skin from mangoes and slice the mangoes and shallot/spring onion. The flesh of the mango should be firm and light yellow-orange.
2. Add a little of salt,sugar and vinegar or lime juice. Then, mix together all the ingredients in a bowl or a container. The dressing should be a mingling of sweet, sour, spicy and salty. Now, you're done!
3. Optional: Add the bean sprouts, spring onions, cooked chicken, shrimp or anchovies. You can also add some soy sauce for more taste. For more unique dressing,add some fresh-cut chili and sprinkle the nuts over top with the basil :)
