Trip to Kudat for Tomb Sweeping?

Oh hello guys!
I know it's been a while since my last post here..
Today is the last day of March and tomorrow is April =)!
Did i mentioned that my lecturer came for a visit last friday aka yesterday?
Thank GOD everything goes well, no bad report...my bos actually compliment me,except for the sales thing. Well i TOLD you i cant and DON'T like to do sales okay.. hahaha but anyway thank you Mr. XXXXXX!
I'm so excited to finish my practical..my last day of practical is on the 16th of April 2012, which means i only have to go work for another 9 more days after minus Good Friday, Agong Installation day and weekend..so Fuck yeahhhhh! =) Cant wait to go KL with mr boyfie~

Okay, so back to the "main" topic. hehe.
I went to Kudat ( Mummy's Hometown)  just now with my mum and my dad for "Sao Mu" aka Tomb Sweeping for Qing Ming Jie. 
Qing Ming Jie is also known as All Souls' Day but in Chinese version.
This year Qing Ming Jie is fall on the 4th of April ( 4.4 ALERT!).
Long to short story, during the Sao Mu day, most Chinese families will visit their ancestors graveyard,cleaning the tomb and they will usually bring some offering like flowers, joss stick and so on..I NEVER BEEN to any Sao Mu before, only today because my mum forced me to go with her =( i woke up at 4.15AM..if i did go clubbing last night, i think 430am baru pulang after stay2. haha
According to my Mum,aunty2,my colleagues..they said this year Qing Ming Jie (4/4/2012) the ghosts very fierce? haha don't know what they really meant by that, i think they refer to bad day,bad luck on that day.so guys becareful.
So I'm actually a Christian...
But my great grandfather( Ah Pak) and Grandfather ( Kung Kung) are Buddhist.
I actually lazy want to go Kudat this morning, but my mum want me to friend her go there..so i just go and pay respect to my Ah Pak & Kung2.
So yeah, i didn't do anything there except pay respect to my late kung2 and ah Pak..
Some kids came to us and offer to help us, have to pay them la of cause. it's only 8 plus and one thing for sure, KUDAT IS SO SUNNY!
After that, we went to Kudat Town, Kedai Kopi Hap Hing to eat Breakfast and met my Kiu Kiu ( Uncle)..the food was normal la. don't really like the noodles. Then before headed back to KK, my mum dropped by to my Kiu Poh's shop =)

Kudat is also one of the famous hotspot in Sabah. Tourists love to come here and visit the Tips Of Borneo at Simpang Mengayau. Besides that, hmm..i don't know what else to visit if you come to Kudat, it's just a small town with beautiful white sand beach....

haha oh before i forgot, if you come to Kudat, don't forget to buy some Peanuts and Rice biscuit, very famous in Kudat! I bought some for my boyfriend too =) so yeah, i think that's all..do check out the picture! You can get the food from the Market.

Bi Pang aka Rice Biscuits! The best is from Kudat!

From the left to right, Beras Putih ( White rice), Beras Kuning ( Yellow rice) and Beras Pulut Hitam (Black Glutinous rice). 

The white & yellow BiPang costs RM1.80 each and Black BiPang costs RM2.50 each.

The difference between these rice biscuits is the hardness of the biscuit. 

It can be varies depending on what type of rice used.

Don't forget to to buy this too! You can get this at RM5 or RM10 each, depending on size.

Fullhouse @ Suria Sabah Shopping Mall

So yeah, i bet everyone know about the newly open restaurant at Suria Sabah right?
I've been wanting to try out the food here but the restaurant is always FULLHOUSE too :)
I went there just now with mr boyfie for dinner. Fullhouse is a franchise outlet and it is also the first restaurant in Kota Kinabalu Sabah that has a lifestyle store and cafe concept. Am i right? i think so..haha
Incase you don't know where is the location, just look for Station One or Holika Holika store at first floor suria mall. Full House is located opposite Hap Seng Credit! ( i wish to get a job there after this, haha)
Their outside decoration is so colourful, ahh love it!
The restaurants serves mostly western food. I love their unique decoration! mostly everything is white color, the fake birds, it is so Victorian style. very welcoming, warm & cosy. Feels like dining at home garden, like seriously..but minus those strangers sitting near you ;p
So, overall based on the food we ordered just now, the food was okay, the quality was good and nice presentation but the food is served in small quantity.
Total paid for dinner is RM59.85 for two people.

The meat is tender and meaty. The chicken is stuffed with some mushroom inside. Thank god the mushroom smell is not strong, so yeah, love the sauce,it was delicious :)

Wok-Sear Chicken chop (RM 18.90)

Tastes pretty good. love the sauce!

Oh btw, both dish served with mash potatoes. the mashed potatoes is so delicious and its so much better than any other mashed potatoes i ever tried in other western restaurant except KFC of cause :p.

 MASHED POTATO is a MUST! it was superrrrrrrr delicious.

 I forgot what's the name of this spaghetti but overall it was not that bad.

 The chicken meat is not so tender but it was still okay. I recommend you to try Wok-Sear Chicken chop or Chicken Parcel before you try this. :D

 Smoked Salmon sandwich.

According to my sis, it doesn't taste so good. For the sandwich, they lay a very thin layer of salmon with lots of veggie, so i wouldn't recommend you to try this when you're hungry.

 but who knows you're gonna love it? :) go try it yourself.

OldTown White Coffee @ Karamunsing Capital

I woke up really early today like 7am plus to go breakfast with my family as my sister have to go back to Keningau at noon. My mum want to try something new instead of going out for breakfast at Dim Sum place again..so i think my sis suggested to go Fook Yuen @ Karamunsing Capital.. I honestly only prefer Fook Yuen's food  at Damai Branch only. The roti kahwin is more delicous and fresh compared to other branches but they served pork at Damai Branch..haha :D So, we ended up at Old Town to have breakfast.

I barely go Old Town to hangout actually...this is because i don't really like the food and not so many choices available sometimes. But since my mum want to treat us for breakfast...just go laa as long im not the one who pay for it :D
They mostly serves Asian delight or local cuisine here, so basically everything is halal (served no pork. The food was okay, depends on what you order.
Total paid is RM100++. I would rather eat dim sum. >.<

 I'm having Nasi Lemak. The sambal tastes pretty good but its too spicy to my liking.
Since most of my family are having nasi lemak, so i don't take much pictures just now.

Kampung Nelayan Floating Seafood Market Restaurant @ Bukit Padang

Last night i went to Kampung Nelayan with my family.
My brother in law want to treat us to dinner in conjunction with Randall's 2nd birthday :D
The place is usually full during weekend, cause Kampung Nelayan is one of the famous tourists hotspot in Malaysia. So i advise you to come earlier if you don't made any reservation :D

I didn't take much picture here actually...But they do have variety choices of seafood here from crab, lobster, fish, prawn etc. Make sure you look carefully at their price before you order :p

It's day 29! second last post of my blog challenge...can't believe i manage to blog until challenge #29! usually i'll get bored and stop blogging until #5..haha 


So for now, i do have some plans in my mind. I hope nothing goes wrong when i go KL with my boyfriend on april after my practical:D We have been together like 4 years plus but this is my first to go a trip on plane with him...so it explains why i'm excited for this trip besides the shopping thing :D. Plus im pretty sure im going to work soon,so as long i got my own salary...oklaaa :D
We planned to go Bandung, Indonesia and Manila and maybe Hong Kong/ Singapore this year for SHOPPING! 
haha its my god damn plan actually, but he want to follow also.:D

and and, my mum said maybe we're going to Taiwan this coming may, or maybe the cruise ship thing around Malaysia, Singapore & Thailand for my graduation present..but we'll see how it goes.

I hope i get a good job with good salary soon :D
I do planned to take Master degree in the future, hopefully :))

 I want to have big house :)

  I want a new car when my financial is stable:D thats why i need a job with high salary..hmmm i dream laaaa.

and i dream to have my own shop one day :D maybe a small business like restaurant, clothing, optics shop ( i wanted to become an optician last time...but not qualified hahahhaha!) =(

Okay goals!

• Earn enough money to survive every month.*is a must*.

• Getting married by 26 years old...*ehem* and try to have a dragon baby in year 2024, :)) HAHAHAHAHHA. but i would be 35 that time...a bit too risky to have baby that age is it? hmmm
• Travel To Europe with my family.
• To own a Shiba Inu aka Fat Foxy one day! =)

I usually don't leave the house without my cellphone,keys & money of cause...d'uh!
haha then i usually won't going out without makeup ( especially eyeliner & mascara).. 
i looked so pale without wearing eyeliner now. haha
but sometimes i do go out without makeup with baby go Kedai Mamak @ Taj Curry House or go early breakfast with my family.

Well i don't really know how to answer this...but im proud that i am determined person? 
I know what i want and i know how to get it. I'll do anything to get the thing i want. well not everything la  but i'll have my own way to get it done & achieve what i want.


Well i think i have a good memory, like very good memory. 
I can memorize things easily actually IF i pay attention to it. haha but too bad, i usually remember stuffs that is not related to my education. WTF. i know.


Why i proud of myself? I'm not fake. 
i say & express what i want. If you're saying i'm immature & childish, SO?Why should i give a fuck about what you think?
Yes, the truth hurts but I don't like to please other just to get friends and so on.
I would rather be alone than surrounded by fakes.
