Kampung Nelayan Floating Seafood Market Restaurant @ Bukit Padang

Last night i went to Kampung Nelayan with my family.
My brother in law want to treat us to dinner in conjunction with Randall's 2nd birthday :D
The place is usually full during weekend, cause Kampung Nelayan is one of the famous tourists hotspot in Malaysia. So i advise you to come earlier if you don't made any reservation :D

I didn't take much picture here actually...But they do have variety choices of seafood here from crab, lobster, fish, prawn etc. Make sure you look carefully at their price before you order :p

Services : 2.5/5 ( They TOTALLY forgot about the mixed veggie, BUT when we're done eating and about to pay the bill, suddenly the food come...wtf? are they stupid or what? They should cancel it since they forgot about it or at least ASK la ba if we still want or not... am i right?I would totally recommend you to eat at WELCOME SEAFOOD instead of here next time)

Kedai Kopi 818 @ Donggonggon and Movies Review : In Time and Immortals

Hey guys! its been a while since my last post i think..i'm so sorry that i don't really update my blog recently. I've been really busy doing all my assignments this week:( but thank god, im done with 3 out of 6 assignment so far *proud*:D But that doesn't mean that i don't have time to go out :D Anyway, last tuesday night, i went to Kedai Kopi 818 at Donggongon for a dinner with dave and his friend,maf.
Since i'm not so familiar with donggongon town, i cant really explain the location of this shop but i know this shop is located behind Tunku Abdul Rahman College.
Kedai kopi 818 is a chinese restaurant and they serves mostly seafood and pork.
For seafood lover, this shop is a must visit place :) They have other branch in Alam Mesra, Millennium and here in Donggongon..i'm not sure about other place but i will update this as soon as possible. I've been to this shop several times but in Alam mesra and Millennium branch only. For dinner, the guys ordered Choy Sum with garlic, Butter fish, Pai Kut Wong and Black Pepper Beef. Total paid for dinner including drinks is RM48.50.

My favourite : Pai Kut Wong...too bad i was sick that time so i can't swallow any food and well, i just cant eat anything...:( i just sit there and drink my chinese tea while the two guys berabis makan.esssh.

 Butter fish! haha too bad, i didn't try any of it! damn :(

it look very delicious but i didn't eat any of it...:( next time..

Movies Review : In- time (2011)

AMANDA SEYFRIED is one of my favourite actress:)) i love most of her movies especially Letters to Juliet and Chloe! She's so preeetty and i fucking love her...eyes! oh i'm not a lesbo.haha so have you watch In Time yet? If you want the summary, please google ityourself :)
Overall i like the storyline and the concept of the movie. I think that it is cool if you can stop people from aging in the future. You don't have to worry about getting wrinkles, white hair, saggy boobs etc..you don't even have to worry that you will get weak and the old people diseases because life stop aging at 25..i assume that most people at age 25 is still energetic right? haha But, using the "living time" to replace money and as your life is not cool.. Your life will depend too much on time so that makes you die even faster when there's an inflation plus people can rob and kill you so easily just like in the movie...But still, it was a good and interesting movie to watch ;D I give a rating of 7/10.

Immortals (2011)

Have you watched Immortals?? hahaha i just watched the movie with my boyfriend just now.
Since this movie is just released yesterday, i'm not going to spoil your excitement of watching this movie later :) I don't really know the staring in this movie but i recognize Mickey Rourke as Hyperion ( He played as the bad guy in iron man 2) and also Freida Pinto as Phaedra ( The slumdog millionaire main actress). One more thing, Mickey Rourke is really good at playing his villain role..I think you won't disappointed when you watch this movie. It was a quite interesting movie to watch but i really hate some of the bloody violence scenes. it's so disgusting especially when the monk cut off his tongue! gross huh? thank god i watch with him just now. I give a rating of 7/10.:)

Ocean Seafood Village Restaurant 海王城海鲜 @ Api-Api

I'm pretty sure all of you KK people heard of this place before right?
Just in case you don't know, well Ocean Seafood Village is one of the best place to eat seafood in Kota Kinabalu:D It is located in between Promenade Hotel and Wawasan Plaza.
I went there several times and overall i think the food was okay but slightly expensive than other seafood restaurant.
Ocean Seafood Village serves no pork and the food is mostly prepared in chinese style.
Last saturday, my aunt is getting married and had their wedding reception there.
One thing about Ocean Seafood Village, whenever there is a wedding dinner, they will decorate everything in purple and white~haha i loove it!:D I actually have nothing to say but i just want to show you guys some of the food@dinner picture, who knows you plan to have your wedding reception there soon :D

Whenever i go to a wedding dinner, a must do thing is, i will check out their menu..hehe i was a bit disappointed because my favourite soup ( shark fin soup heheh) is not in the list?? Why??
My mum said it's illegal to catch/kill shark already...well, i think i read that before on the newspaper.so yeah..
" Save the Sharks, Say No to Shark Fin Soup" :( really? that's sadddddddd....i miss my shark fin soup.

Deep Fried Coral Trout with F11 Sauce...
It tastes pretty good actually :D I really don't know what the hell is F11 sauce is...but it taste like some Thai sauce and with delicious combination of sweet and spicy.

 It smell good and overall i think it tastes okay lah also.

The left side is Mango chicken i think(quite delicious) and the right side is just a normal fried chicken.

 Deep fried prawns with Nestum and Dry Butter.

 Some vegetables....which i don't really eat.

 At last!! My favourite dessert!!! Chilled Honey Dew with Sago~I actually can finished one big bowl if i didn't eat anything earlier..dare me! :D

This is so goood!!! i will learn how to make this at home ;D

Tom Yam Fish @ Kedai Kopi Dat Seng, Inanam.

First of all, happy Malaysian Day to all Malaysian!l :D

My class will start probably next week, but i think i'll just skip the first week class since usually its only introduction to the new subject.:D
This coming sem is my 7th sem and its also my LAST semester in unirazak!!yay! I can't wait to finish everything and start to work to earn my own $$! i'm totally broke now, seriously..okay whhy am i talking about this here? haha cut the crap..
So i went to Inanam this morning with baby for brunch.
We ate Fish Tom Yam at this famous shop called Kedai Kopi Dat Seng..I actually blog about this shop already few months ago..click here to read my previous post Fish Tom Yam
This shop is known for their famous tom yam fish.
Most restaurant serves very spicy tom yam soup , but at this shop, their tom yam soup is NOT spicy at all!
You can ask for tom yam with seafood(prawn/squid/fish) but i prefer just fish.
I like to eat the isi ikan goreng here because the fish meat is boneless and quite meaty.
The soup is also very delicious and fragrant because they use a lot of coconut milk for the tom yam.
Plus it has a nice mixture of sweet and spicy tom yam taste:D
Anyway, since they use a lot of coconut milk, of cause the soup is very oily and its a high calorie food. haha :D
We ordered 1 Ice Lemon Tea, 1 Chinese tea and 2 Tom Yam isi ikan goreng with Noodles. I always prefer mee over meehoon.
Total paid is RM16.30 for brunch:D

Good news for all Seafood Lover!!
Fish and Co is the place for you to eat your favourite seafood because they are specialize in fish and other seafood :)
They also served all kind of seafood such as calamari, fish, prawn, mussels,oysters and even pizza and cold smoothies!!
In KK, you can find fish n co either in Warisan Square and the other one in 1Borneo ( they relocate,the new shop is opposite Nine West).
