Last Day of 2011 31122011

I woke quite late this morning, maybe around 11am ++.
I don't know why i always fucking tired lately and didn't get a good sleep especially this week.
Plus, i've been thinking a lot lately because of my finals is in 3 days from now, which is so sad because i can't really enjoy new year holiday like the rest of my friends and also i think i feel sad because of T.O.M, hashtag PMS is so gonna ruined my mood.
So, TODAY is the last day of 2011 aka the New Year's Eve :) and what's your plan for tonight?

New year's dress, New year's shoes, clutch, accessories & etc..New year's dinner, new year's countdown party, everything is partying on new year's eve?

I admit, before this...i was so looking forward to celebrate new year with my loved ones.
I shop almost everyday before Christmas day to find my dress,shoes & etc..haha
But now, i just don't feel the same anymore... whyyyyyy? :(
I know most people are going out for a party & say "let's get DRUNKKKKKKKKK tonight@club!!!"
Haaah! There you go! all the way to dubsdubdubsdub.
I kinda too old for party hard anyway.
I'm not the type of girl who loves getting drunk & then, forget everything about your world.
I prefer memories rather than not being able to remember a detail about what i've done.
Too much drinking makes me tipsy & drunk.haha
The POINT is too much alcohol makes you lose control of your mind, lets say la..if you get to f*ck someone tonight because of you both were drunk, that is so stupid & meaningless.
Then because of you're too drunk...%#^&$^& you might receive a wonderful present next year, BAM! *BABIES for your stupidity* then what? abort it & kill your own child like what some dumb & cruel kids do nowadays? haha okay enough about that.
If you can't remember anything when you're drunk, tell me what's the point of celebrating & party for?
New years is suppose to be memorable & a celebration to welcoming a better life next year besides getting old anyway.

I just hope that, i will have a great new year celebration this year. I don't hope or wish for more anymore, i just want a good memory of the last day of 2011. I'm not sure who will read this, maybe none of you or maybe some of you just scroll around & check out the pictures without reading it.haha i don't mind. But those who really paying attention to mybullshits here, thank you. i do have something to tell here.

Here's my review for 2011.
Overall,i will conclude that 2011 year is not a bad year for me..#2011 # 2011in3words #lastdayof2011 is so trending right now on twitter.haha :P

The year 2011 is a blessing to me actually, well of cause la got ups & downs also.
But beginning of the year 2011 until my final sem, i met a bunch of new good friends in college,well its not that i just met them actually, we just never talk to each others until we all satu group for assignments & projects then, that's how we became friends. I love you guys btw!:))
I don't talk much to people especially if we don't know each other & i don't start the conversation first. Call me stuck-up ka ,minta puji ka,macam taik ka, i don't care. haha
Let just say that i'm not that friendly anymore.
I used to be more friendly-ier & easy to get along with last time,which is totally different compared now. Something happened & i just don't trust people around me.
I might be quiet & shy sometimes, but once you know me, you know i just can't stop talking crap to you! plus I'm too picky especially in choosing friends.
I would rather not hanging out with anyone than surrounded by fakes. 
I just stop being nice to people who don't even try to appreciate it.
Some people loves to stick with you to take advantage of you and they're just fake.
some people are BORN THAT WAY. Been through that shits especially during high schools.
Those who used to really hangout & sticks with me until now, they know me well. and one more thing, just because of you know my face, my name & hear stories of me from others, doesn't mean you fucking know me.
So grow up bitch, get a life seriously. i mean get a proper life.
Ok enough, back to the topic, besides making new friends, i have a great birthday this year :) thanks for those who really remember & wish me on my birthday eventhough i don't have a facebook anymore. I know my bestfriends will remember my birthday but other than that...i'm really happy that some you guys remember my birthday eventhough we don't talk much anymore. :(
like Kevjumba said,if the only way they tell you happy birthday is on Facebook. #notatruefriend
Next thing is, new family member join the Awah's clan :)
Then, i went to SEOUL@KOREA! One of the most memorable trip in my life:) thanks mummy!
Not forgotten that, i created my kkfoodlicious blog! Eventhough i don't have much followers like others, its okay, i just wanna thank all of you who have been so supportive & drop by to check out my bullshit. I never really expect to get 20k ++ visitors and some followers ...haha
My first intention when i first created this blog is to share some food that i've tried before & because of i don't have facebook, blog is my only social entertainment online & to show off i guess? :))
besides that, i think 2011 is a great year because i don't fight much with him :))
I don't know whats going to happen between us in the future, maybe we still together or maybe no. but oh well .. i just hope the feeling will not fade soon & we're going stronger than before..:p
And one more thing, i passed all my major subjects for finance!! wow! I'm proud with my Investment Analysis & Financial Market Institution paper!
My dream is to become a successful Financial advisor or investment banker one day, why? i have no idea actually but they say it make a lot of $$$ la. I think one of the wise decision I've made in my life is choosing Business & Finance as my future career. It suits me way better than being an optician or quantity surveyor.haha I spent 4 years studying science stream, then because of lack of choices to further studies in KK, i changed my career path which turn out.....the wise decision ever!hahah :) I think that's it for my 2011 review.

My new year's resolution;
hmmm, 2011 is the ending year of being a student,
so 2012 is my new beginning of my career world after internship Jan - April:)
I wish to be successful, successful & SUCCESSFUL!
I think you get my point then, haha i want to make a lot of money so that i can fulfil my demand, have a good life, travel around the world ( tapi im sure x cukup duit after shopping, so travel around Asia first :D), buy new phone, invest in something, lose some weight & buy my own car & house once i think i can support myself already laaa..
I just don't want to count on/depend too much on other people.
"Kais makan pagi, Kais Makan petang" is one of the famous malay proverbs, and i don't want that kind of life in the future & hopefully it won't happen to me =)

Home Cooking : Pizza Paratha

Have you ever feel like eating pizza but you're just too lazy to go out and maybe you're trying to save up your money for something else or totally broke after shopping? :D
Well i do! :)
I'm still a student, well until 8th of January 2011..haha so i should be living as a student life even though i'm staying in my hometown. First of all, i love pizza! Too bad the only pizza i could afford if i have to pay it myself ( individual paying) is PIZZA HUT! Forget about Little Italy, Bella Italia if you don't have money.
Instead of paying up to RM20 ++ for outside pizza, why don't you make your own?
You can put whatever toppings you want :D

How to make your own Pizza Paratha? (My way)

All you need is the pizza base ( Paratha), Cheese, Cooked Chicken Meat/Beef/Sausage/Veggie, Tomato sauce or whatever sauce you prefer and lastly Microwave/Oven :)

I bought this at Sunny Supermarket usually for around RM5-6

You can add Tomato sauce on the Paratha before you put your toppings on top of it or just leave it. I'm using korean sauce by the way :P
When you're done with your toppings, put your paratha inside the microwave for about 3 minutes on high level or just set whatever level you want as long as the food is cooked.
p/s Don't put this too long in your microwave otherwise it will turn out hard or burn.

Movie Review : New Years Eve ( 2011), Arthur Christmas & Mission Impossible : Ghost Protocol (2011)

Have you watch some good movies lately?:D
I think it's been a while since my last review for movies right?
So here's just a brief comment about the movies i watched for the past two weeks.

New Year's Eve ( 2011)

I just watched this last night at GSC, Suria with my bf. It was awesome and funny and also touching at the same time! Such a good movie and it worth every minute, so don't even blink your eyes too much while watching this!haha
This movie was released few weeks ago only in GSC, Suria in KK.
New Year's Eve is a Rom-Com movie and similar to Valentine's Day ( because the movie is under the same director).
The movie staring ZAC EFRON, JOSH DUHAMEL, Bon Jovi, Lea Michelle, Kathrine Heighl, Hillary Swank, Russell Peters, Halle Berry, Sarah Jessica Parker and many more.. I'm a big fan of Zac and Josh, so that explains the caps :D

Ladies, don't you think Zac Efron is getting hotter and sexier as he grew up??
I'm so excited seeing Zac Efron in the movie, i like his hairstyle, it was just a simple short haircut and it look classy on him, just nice. Ehemm, my bf said he's going to cut like him too when i told him i like Zac's hair..haha *wink* and the funny part, the way he dance in the movie..haha have you guys watch that? It was worth it and you  guys should definitely watch it! i give a rating of 8/10 for New Year's Eve.

Arthur's Christmas (2011)

Another great movie i watched is Arthur Christmas! Haha its a comedy movie about Arthur, Santa's second son who must complete a mission to send  present before Christmas morning. Overall it was a funny and touching christmas movie of the year! Worth watching :) I give a rating of 8/10 too

Mission Impossible 4 : Ghost Protocol(2011)

MI4 : Ghost Protocol, is another action spy movie of the year, staring Tom Cruise, Simon Pegg and well that's all i know..hehe
My bf want to watch this movie, so i friend him watch since he sometimes "terpaksa" watch all the girly movies with me. Oh well, boys. hahaha you can google for the storyline yourself.
Overall i think its a good movie with good action and thrilling in some part of the movie..
what you think of this movie then? :D

Secret : Sarang is Move ( Kpop) & Christine Perri : A Thousand Years

Oh hell yeah, SECRET is back with their new song called ♥ is Move! The first time i saw their video, i just cant stop watching their MV for over and over again. then i feel like a pervert ...... haha
What i love the most is their pink, white,blue dresses!! i love their shoes and hair so much! check out the photo :D

I'm not a fan of C.Perri actually, but this song manage to capture my attention. 

I first hear this song from watching the Meme Proposal..haha that was sweet and funny..touch my heart also la...but i hope my proposal is better than that.hahaha so have you guys watch that? So Merry Christmas to all of you who celebrate Christmassss!
So how was your Christmas this year? Drunk all the way?! Party Hard? Alone at home? How about christmas gifts? Got present? no present at all? No one wish you? haha whatever it is, i still gonna wish all of you to have a blessed Christmas and new year!
So this year christmas eve and christmas day i celebrate with my baby and his family..Im a filial daughter, i did celebrate with my family on the 22nd december, the chinese christmas or something like that and then eat late lunch with my parents cause they want to go church early, so no christmas dinner:D 
So on the 12/24, baby asked me to go Kinarut with him for christmas dinner with his family..

 Oh by the way, the turkey is ordered from this place near SFC. I have no idea where they get the turkey from, i just saw the signboard " Hong Kong Roasted Turkey & Goose."
If i'm not mistaken his dad ordered 3 turkey from this place..
Overall the Hong Kong Roasted turkey was not that bad, the taste is just, average. The meat is not so tender but its quite meaty.

Christmas Day! (12/25)

We went to his aunt's place @ Penampang which i don't even know what's the name of the place. :D But one thing for sure, they serves delicious food,hmm mashitaa!

On christmas day, i'm wearing a striking red top with animal print skirt from Padini, wtf! Then my baby wearing his new black and white stripe shirts also from PDI!hahaha wtf.i don't even know why i'm telling you guys this but i'm lazy to backspace what i type in here.hahaha :D

 His aunt is the one who cook and prepare this soto...yummmy :D

Pancake International House @ Karamunsing Part 2

I went to Pancake International House @ Karamunsing again with my parents on 24/12 before they go to church :D Since i've already blog about this place, i'm not going to write much, but do check out the picture and my review for the food :D
We ordered Blueberry Pancake for my mummy, Chicken Chop for me and Lamb Chop for my dad. Also with 3 root beer ( RM3.80 each) and 2 plain water ( RM0.60 each).
Total paid for late lunch is RM60.50.

Lamb Chop (RM16.80)

The lamb chop look nice but the taste hmm, is just so-so (average). The meat is quite tender but its a bit overcooked. i give 4/5 for the food presentation :D 

Ohhhh mashitaaa!the blueberry pancake is damn delicious~! i highly recommend you guys to try out their pancakes before you try something else on their menu. i should try this again with my darlings later :D

My Chicken Chop ( RM14.80).

The chicken chop tastes like normal chicken chop la but i think the portion of the chicken chop is very little compared to other shop at the same price.. The meat is juicy and tender too. It does smells good and what i love the most is the black pepper sauce, strong spicy herbs enough just for my taste :D

My mummy daddy ♥ im still waiting for my chicken chop while they're already busy eating.hmm
Anyway, this year christmas is quite lonely without my sister and kids at home..everyone pulang kampung this year and so do i, i follow my baby go his kampung to celebrate christmas eve with his family..he's the reason we have to skipped christmas church and blessing this year..haha God, please forgive me and blame him.haha jk~
i hope my parents won't get too lonely once i get married :D don't worry mummy, CNY and any chinese events confirm we all at home :D

New York New York @ 1 Borneo

I went to New York New York @ 1 Borneo with my family just now for a family dinner.
Since so many chinese restaurant closed today due to Dong Zhi festival, then we decided to have dinner at New York. Well i've been to this restaurant several times but that was before i started this blog :D Honestly, i don't really like the food here but since im not the one who pay for the dinner and i can post something new for my blog, then why not =)
I notice that the restaurant did some renovation and add more decoration on their wall and tables. i love the color of their chairs~ I was so damn hungry when i reached there so i don't really snap much pictures :D i bet alot of blogger already blog about this place, so yeah...i guess there's no need to tell you guys the location of this shop anymore.

 Root beer with Vanilla ice cream~

 Ice Lemon tea, it was just nice! not too sweet and not too tasteless..

 Yuuuuummm! Spaghetti Bolognese with Giant Meatballs. RM21.90

The meat is so tender and juicy~ you should try this when you go here :D

 Okay, If you're fan of seafood and want something like this , i would recommend you to go to fish & Co cause they tastes almost the same except for the food presentation. Overall, the taste of the fish is average and it was very oily and tasteless, sorry to say that.

I forgot what's the name of this dish but this is one of the new added dish in NYNY menu.
This is black pepper chicken something with rice. its kinda weird to eat something like this in a western food restaurant :D i think that's what we call "localization". Anyway, it was okay but the black pepper chicken is too salty.

There are five of us actually, but they sat too far from me, so i couldn't take picture of their food:D
Total paid for dinner, im not sure also, but for sure its more than RM100 :D

Today is 22nd of December, so Happy Dong zhi Festival or Happy Winter Solstice Festival to all of you who celebrating this special day :D I hope you enjoy your family reunion dinner too.
So, its almost the end of the year 2011, everyone seems so busy shopping and preparing themselves for Christmas and New year..as for me, i'm not so excited to celebrate Christmas and New Year this year...You know why?? Coz i got damn exam on the 3rd of January! wtf man....my last semester really spoil my holiday mood. :( but since its my last semester, i should be happy too :D okay enough about me..let's go back to the main topic here.
If you're wondering what is Dong Zhi or Winter Solstice Festival, well it's one of the most important festival celebrated by Chinese people.
Long story to short story, Dong zhi is usually fall on the 22nd of December every year.
A family reunion dinner is a must for this festival along with making and eating "tong yuen/ tang yuan" (glutinuous rice).
So have you eat tong yuen this year?
I loveeee eating tong yuen so much! ♥ I prefer my tong yuen cooked in sweet and strong ginger soup.yumm :D how about u? Maybe i should upload my tutorial on how to make tong yuen~hahaha lastly, i just wanna wish you all happy winter solstice festival 2011 :D

Kinabalu Mountain Lodge and Nabalu Town, Kundasang

So last weekend i went to Kundasang again with my baby and his friends :)
We stayed at the same place again this year at Kinabalu Mountain Lodge.

We reached Kinabalu Mountain Lodge around 1 plus after having brunch at Tamparuli and bought some stuffs for steamboat~ :)
I think its because of the weekend, so the home stay is kinda fully occupied by people.
Since everyone is tired, we rest for awhile in our room before we go to Pekan Nabalu ( Nabalu Town) to buy some fresh vegetables and junk food.

Pekan Nabalu

Around 4pm like that, we went to Pekan Nabalu because i wanted to buy some vegetable for the steamboat and the guys want to eat something before dinner.
I bought some local junk food such as Kerepek Ubi Kentang and Kuih Cincin :) Then, we went to this Malay shop ( i forgot what's the name of the shop, sorry) to eat Chicken Wings, Buntut Ayam and Bedal. But too bad, bedal is not available that time.

We ordered the chicken wings and buntut ayam from this stall. Betram said this stall is cheaper than the rest of the stall in this area.:D

 BBQ chicken wings, Buntut ayam!! ( i still don't know what you call this in english, but if you ask me for a direct translation from Malay - English, it would be Chicken's butt, hahaha sounds weird right?)

 Chicken wing : RM1.30, Buntut ayam & Bedal : RM1.20
We ordered, 7 wings and 5 buntut ayam, 100 plus, Hot Tea and Milo. So total cost is RM19 if im not mistaken.

 I know i shouldn't eat too much of this...but once in a while, i think ok maa :D

Steamboat @ Dinner time!!

I brought some lamb chop from my house and cook at the homestay kitchen.
They were so nice until they let me use their cooking oil, fridge, hp charger and thank god they have panadol too~haha thank you so much! i'll definitely promote your place :D

I wanted baby to try our so called " korean dish" haha. Instead of using beef, i use lambchop cause my mum said the beef need to be cook quite long so the meat is tender..means we have to wait longer before we can eat the beef. Since i dont want to starve at all,better use lambchop la...
I brought some Korean sauce and Kimchi too :D

Sunday Morning~

The homestay will provide  breakfast at 730- 830am. But, this time they only provide bread , tea and coffee. So i fried some sausages and eggs for us :D

 My baby toast the bread for me...hmm,it looks so hangus (burn) kan? he said to me he like to eat that way..haha cover tu ba~

Oh well, i think that's it :D
i had fun during this trip with baby :D heehe so thanks baby~u know what i'm going to say also.
Since i'll be working next year, maybe i'll go somewhere else instead of kundasang :D..so yayyyyy!
