Friday, June 24, 2011

So FAMOUS AMOS anyone??
Someone bought this last night, my mum gave it to me and i just eat :D and oh well to promote!
I am sure most of you people know about famous amos right?
For me,  i think it is the most delicious homemade cookies ever!
Whenever there is a Famous Amos cookie stall, the fragrance would probably be the one which reaches my nose first.
I love the smell of the freshly baked cookie from the oven~yummy~

FYI, I don't get to eat this very often, because in KK i think there's only like 2 or 3 places have famous amos stall which is one at Wisma Merdeka Mall and the other one is at KK Airport. and also 1Borneo.
So KK people! if you feel like eating famous amos after reading this post, better drive all the way to the Mall/ Airport to get Famous Amos.:D
My all-time favourite cookie from famous amos is chocolate chip & pecans! What's yours? :D

hehe its too delicious~

Kueyteow and Dumplings @ Lido

Sorry for no updates recently, my class just started and i have to do like 6 assignments in 5 weeks time.:D
So, last thursday night after my class, i went to Lido with Dave.
I feel like eating dumplings, so he ordered dumplings for me :D
Since the dumplings stall offer RM6 for 10 and RM10 for 17, he ordered 10 fried dumplings and 7 steamed/boiled dumplings.
Oh well, I don't think we can eat all the 17 dumplings, hmm greedy man~
Anyway, we ordered 2 plates of penang fried kueyteow too from this shop ( picture below).
I don't know how to read chinese, so i don't know what's name of the shop.:D

Kedai Kopi 2020 @ Damai

Saturday, June 18, 2011

Kedai Kopi 2020 is located at Damai, one row with Easy Way and near ESSO Damai.
Anyway, the shop is opposite the housing area. You can find this shop easily:D
At 2020 shop, you can order anything from claypot, vegetables, pork, chicken, beef, seafood especially steamed fish.
I have tried their food for several times but that was before i started this blog.
As for me, i think some of the food was delicious, but some of them taste not so good.
The price is quite expensive compared to Diamond Restaurant but one thing i like about this shop is they serve fresh and delicious steamed fish.
I went there for a dinner with my parents and my brother in law, they ordered Lemon Chicken, Beef with Ginger, Seafood Soup with Vegetables and Steamed fish with sweet and hot sauce (a special sauce) as recommended by their boss.
The lemon chicken is good but the sauce is too sour, but still nice!
I really like the steamed fish, it tastes sooooo delicious and meat is so fresh and tender.
one word: yummmmm~
also they put this special sauce with this crunchy small thing.i don't know what it is but i cant stop eating it!
FYI, they also provide catering service :)
the main reason why my mum wants to eat here tonight is because of that, so i'm gonna post another blog about this next week :D

it was okay,not so bad.

Grace Point Food court, Jalan Pantai@ Sembulan

Wednesday, June 15, 2011

Grace Point food court is located at Jalan Pantai at Sembulan.
FYI, besides the food court, the main attraction of this place is the Memorial monument for Double Six Tragedy.
Do check out the pictures below!
Anyway, I went there for a dinner with Dave just now and actually this is my first time visiting this place by the way:D
At first, i thought Grace Point Food court only served Malay Cuisine and local food, i was wrong!
Surprisingly, they have different stall that serves Malay, Chinese ( Halal/no pork), Korean, Thai, Indian, Western, Local cuisine and they also have several different dessert stall too.
As for dinner, i feel like eating something spicy, so i choose Thai Food! Yayy, thanks baby~
Since it is just a food court, obviously there's not much choices available on their menu like other Thai Restaurant.
Anyway, we ordered 1 Paprika Thai Fried Rice, 1 Special Thai Fried Rice and Fish with Longan Sauce ( S-RM12, B- RM15). Total paid for food is RM25.
For drinks we ordered, 1 Coke, 1 Mango Juice and 1 plain water.
Total paid for drinks is RM5.30.
Check out the pictures:)

Fresh slices fish with longan sauce. Overall it was not bad, but i don't really like the longan sauce.
