Kek Batik!! It is the easiest homemade cake to make.
Why? because...there’s NO baking involved and is basically mixing the ingredients together and putting it in the fridge while it sets.
I remember during F6 schooldays, because of our laziness to go canteen during recess time, we just buy some junk food from "Koperasi". Guess what?just a small slice of batik cake costs me 50 cents!they seriously make a lot of profit by selling that for 50 cents each.  haha yet i still buy from them:)
Batik cake is supposed to have a soft and fudgy texture but it can be slightly different from others in terms of the ingredients.

All you need is Marie biscuits, butter, condense milk, and Milo/Vico/Cocoa.

1. Add milo/vico/cocoa and condense milk  into your cooking pan
2. Melt the butter in your cooking pan(remember to reduce heat). Stir the mixture until you get a relatively smooth batter.( this part is most important, make sure that your mixture does not harden)
3. Now, add in the hand crush marie biscuits into the mixture. Don't stir too much cause it will brush the biscuits more.
4. Transfer mixture to the prepared tin/ container and lastly, place into your refrigerator to chill for at least 3-4 hours(depend on the size).
5. Enjoy your cake!

Do check out some of the pictures~
I know my batik cake doesn't look THAT NICE in the picture, but it taste really good!:P

p/s Actually, its been awhile since the last time i make this Batik cake. But thank god, cause this time...my batik cake is eat-able and not that hard like a rock..hahaha:D
