Friday, April 15, 2011

Hello peeps!
It's 12 am right now,i still cant sleep because i am still full from dinner just now.
I was browsing some pictures on my laptop and came across this picture of my cooking recipe..
As i mentioned before, i love cooking! seriously,i do~!
haha so whenever i have free time/on holidays/not going out, i always try to make new recipe.
so check out this Cheesy Chicken-Crab Omelette..
its very simple to prepare and delicious? :P
you see the cheese? yummmm

Well, if you are interested with this recipe....you need this ingredients;
1 Egg (this is for one person) Minced Chicken meat ( ready cook)
Crab Meat
Cheese
Butter, Water, Black Pepper and Salt.

How to cook.( MY WAY)
  1. Break the eggs into a bowl, and add 1 spoon of water, salt and pepper.
  2. Beat the eggs gently with a fork, just until they combine together. Do not over beat them or whisk them to a froth. Then add the crab meat.
  3. Add the butter and turn the heat up a fraction. As the butter is melting, tilt the pan so that the bottom and sides are both coated.
  4. Once the butter begins to foam, carefully add the eggs to the centre of the pan, tilting the pan so that the eggs spread out evenly over the bottom.Do not break the omelette  into half.
  5. When it's cook, tip out the omelette onto a plate /container that microwaveable.
  6. Then, add some cooked minced chicken just before folding the omelette into half.
  7. After that, fold the omelette and put the cheese on top of it. you can put as many as you like. Lastly, put the folded omelette with cheese on top into the microwave for 3minutes- 5minutes (set the heat high) .
  8. TADA! You get your simple Cheesy Chicken-Crab Omelette! Serve while it still hot:)
