Yen Ai Dessert Shop is located at Borneon@Foh Sang ( Luyang Area), next to Pharmacy Shop and the other one is located at Lintas, opposite Upperstar.
You can find many local chinese dessert and herbal drinks ( hot and cold) at Yen Ai, the price is reasonable and of cause, the dessert is delicious too!

Pizza Hut @ Citymall

Pizza anyone?
In KK, we don't have Domino's Pizza,Pizza Piccolo, Marco's Pizza and etc.
But we do have Pizza Hut! i think they served marvelous pizza too:)
Pizza Hut can be found at, most of the shopping mall, Damai, Lintas, Gaya Street, and so on.
They have many outlets in KK actually.
I went to Pizza Hut @ Citymall with my friends for lunch just now. Surprisingly, pizza hut has an offer of 50% off weekdays! The total lunch paid for 3 person(4 of us actually but only 3 eating) is only RM25 plus including the service charge and tax. Save a lot huh? So come to pizza hut today!

Ice cream is super good for us especially during sunny day.ohh yess.
But sometimes, i am too lazy to go outside to buy even though i crave badly for it.
So what i did is i bought 1 box of ice cream ( any flavour you like), Chocolate syrup and Nata De Coco / Fruit Cocktail,ice cream cone ( if you want too).
So now, i can have ice cream anytime at home plus it's cheaper too!

You can use different syrup.but chocolate is recommended:)

You can also use fruit cocktail or any fresh fruit for decoration

Scoop as many as you like.


put the chocolate syrup as many as you like too!:)

Lastly, put in the Nata De Coco/ Fruit Cocktail/whipped cream/sprinkles or without anything.it still taste good!

Now, eat!!!! :)

Sin Kee Bah Kut Teh @ Gaya Street

My uncle always said that Sin Kee has the best Bah Kut Teh in Kota Kinabalu City.
Sin Kee is located at Kedai Kopi Kwong Tung Chai Kolombong Gaya Street.
Near Alliance Bank and next to Ming Ge Cafe ( They also rent this shop at night, so the restaurant is not that crowded).
During the day, the shop sells the Famous Kon Lau Men and at night,the shop is famous for Bah Kut Teh.
After eating there just now, besides the great taste of the bah kut teh and fast service, i am totally agree with him.
The Ba Kut Teh herbs and the sweet soup is perfectly good too!








For me, garlic and chili is a must have ingredients when you eat bah kut teh! oh and Yau Cha Kwai :)

After dinner we planned to have a dessert actually.
Sadly, i forgot what's the name of the place and the exact location..;(
i just remember the shop called Snow something...?
So baby and i walk around lintas,but in the end...we went to Tea Avenue, Lintas to spend time.:)
The place is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated with green walls and table ( i guess they are eco-friendly shop,go green!haha).
Plus, you can enjoy your drinks and food while watching tv or surf the net ( free wi-fi = quite fast).
The price is reasonable and they also served variety of drinks and food too.
Honestly, i don't really like the drinks, but it is a nice place to hangout with your friends :)

Steamboat @ Kampung Nelayan Floating Seafood Market Restaurant

Why not try out the Steamboat at Kampung Nelayan ( Fishermen Village) for a floating dining experience? It is also one of the famous hotspot in Kota Kinabalu City.

There are two steamboat place actually in Kampung Nelayan.
I went to both before , but today i will only introduce the first place( No BBQ) where they only serve steamboat and you can have other side other like fried mee, roasted chicken, crab and so on.
It is a affordable steamboat and it cost only RM20++ per pax ( minimum 2 pax).
You can pick and choose from a wide range of fresh seafood, meat, vegetable and wine.
The steamboat set menu consists of Seasonal Vegetables, Prawn, Crab, Green Mussels, Fish Cake,Fish Ball,Sausage,Fresh Mushroom,Chicken Meat,Fish Fillet,Squid,Noodles (Meehoon & Mee),Egg and Beancurd/tofu (White & Fried.

Apart from that, while having your meal, customers will be entertained by 1Malaysia Cultural dance and variety performance. It is performed everyday at night. haha :)

Hiii everyone!
Ever been to Promenade Hotel before?
Today, I am going to introduce you a new place to eat, Dynasty Restaurant @Promenade Hotel.
Dynasty Restaurant is a Halal ( serve no pork) restaurant that serves Cantonese and Szechuan style cuisine during lunch and dinner. It also serves popular Hong Kong Dim Sum on certain days only. I never try the Dim Sum before,just heard of it from my Aunty:)
Well, for your information, all the pictures is actually taken on Chinese New Year Eve 2011 during my family dinner, then just few weeks after that i decided to make a food blog:)
The menu for the night is actually fixed by the restaurant, as in they only cook some of the dishes for CNY eve.




6 dishes : Salad Prawn, Fried Mee, Steam Chicken, Mango Peach Fish, Abalone Sliced with Veggie and another Veggie with Tofu.
* i only able to took some pictures cause everyone is so hungry:)*.

Special Mango Peach Fish.  According to my mum, it costs RM30 per 100gram...expensive huh?




Salad Prawn. well, this is good.

Fook Lim @ Bundusan

Hi guys!
So i went to Fook Lim again with my friends for breakfast after class last wednesday.
As i mentioned earlier, Fook Lim is located at Bundusan, near Unirazak campus.
And the shop is opposite Saribonda Restaurant.
Suprisingly, they have more variety of food now such as Egg Tart and Fresh Bun(Sau Nyuk bun?, i thought serve no pork?) :)
I ordered 1 cold Teh C(Milk Tea), 1 egg Tart (still hot,yumm!) and 1 Roti Kahwin ( Kaya+planta)

Hawker Stall @ Tanjung Aru Beach 1

After catch a movie with my bf, we went to Tanjung Aru Beach 1 ( opposite the Waikiki Condo).
I was craving for 'Buntut Ayam' just now, err im not so sure what they called this in english..
However, generally "buntut ayam' is chicken butt?? If you translate the malay version directly into english.
haha okay okay..just want to let you guys know which part of chicken body i am eating..
Anyway,at Tanjung Aru Beach, you can find various of Hawker Stall that sells mostly malay cuisine such as Satay, Ikan Panggang, Ikan Bakar, Nasi lalap,Nasi Pattaya..
They also sell fresh blended fruity juice( including coconut), carbs drinks and fruits.( Guava, corn,baked corn,peanuts and etc)
Price is reasonable...most of it i think..
As for service and cleanness, overall it was okay. just don't expect too much when you're at hawker stall.
Tanjung Aru Beach is also one of the famous spot for tourist..just so you know:)
Well, my baby is still full from his lunch.so he didnt order anything except 100 plus. I ordered 3 buntut ayam and 1 bedal for him, 1 nasi goreng Pattaya ( fried rice with eggs on top) and fresh watermelon juice.
