Short term goals for this month.
Okay, since i started this blog challenge thing yesterday, and February is going to end soon..
The only goal i have for this month and the following month is..well i tried to lose weight as much i can. :D I think i did lose some weight. Hopefully i wont gained it all back.

So another diet method is drinking the "lite Tea". Basically its just a plain and tasteless tea. It helps to clean your internal/digestive system..so after drink this, you will go to toilet for several time. Recommended not to take this during weekdays,if you're working or studying.haha but to be honest, it tastes pretty awful..but it works too! so yeah..i think thats it.
