The Leap Year!

Hey guys! :)

I know i sound so moody in my previous post. haha.

Today is 29th February 2012, a very rare date in february month cause it's only happen during leap year. Anyone is having birthday today? Happy birthday to you people! :)

So what is a leap year? Err i honestly don't know, i know it only happens once every four year where we have 29 days in February.

If 2012 is a leap year..when is the next leap year?

If your answer is "another four years of course,d'uh..."well, congrats you got it correct! =)

So since its so obvious that every four years is a leap year, then if you were given a random year..like 1676, determine whether the year is a leap year or not. Then what is your answer?

My answer : It's a leap year.

There's a way to know and calculate a leap year..

Well, the only way i know is..any random year divide by four. 

If there is no remainder (baki), then its a leap year.. don't believe me..try counting yourself :)

I'm not trying to be a smart, its just that..my lecturer told me that, so i'm just sharing here. hehe
